Refund Policy

If Acetate isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full - no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your Polar order number. We'll process the refund through Polar, our payment reseller. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

When we refund you, your license is deactivated and the app returns to its free state. Any masters you already exported are yours to keep - they live on your machine and a refund does not affect them.

Try before you buy

Acetate is free to download and gives you a full master before any purchase, so you can hear the result on your own tracks first. The 14-day window is there in case you change your mind after buying.
